Face Up 21, as the name suggest is a Blackjack variant that allows you to see not only your own cards but also the Dealers.
This calls for a different set of rules and these include; Blackjack will pay even money and
both the Dealers cards are dealt face up, the Dealer will always hit a soft 17. If both
the Dealer and the Player gets a Blackjack hand then the Player will win. The Dealer
however will win all other ties.
